Enipeas Gorge

A river gorge on Mount Olympus's eastern flank, climbing from Litochoro at 320m to the Prionia trailhead at 1,100m along the E4 European long-distance path. Beech forest lines the water most of the twelve-kilometer route, past a 38-meter waterfall and pool, with mountain refuges closing by mid-October.
