Repovesi National Park

Logged for tar and timber from the 1600s until UPM donated the last tract in 2001, this Kymenlaakso forest of pine and birch is now laced with granite-walled lakes below the Olhavanvuori cliff, a near-vertical 50-meter drop into Lake Olhavanlampi. The Lapinsalmi suspension bridge crosses the narrows nearby.
