For one weekend each October, the Meaford Community Centre and curling club fill with close to two hundred potters, woodworkers, quilters and jewelers for one of southern Georgian Bay's biggest craft fairs, timed to the local apple harvest. It runs Saturday 10 to 6 and Sunday 10 to 4, with food vendors on site.
