Mapleside has farmed this stretch of Medina County since 1927, and every fall the fields turn into Pumpkin Village, more than 100 acres of slides, mazes and pick-your-own pumpkins south of Cleveland. Save room for the cider and doughnuts on the way out, a house specialty since long before the rides showed up.
