Hudson Valley Garlic Festival

Saugerties fills Cantine Field with more than 200 vendors for a weekend built around the garlic harvest. Growers sell seed stock and braids, and the food stalls work garlic into everything down to the ice cream. The Kiwanis Club of Saugerties has put it on for more than 30 years and sends the proceeds to local causes.
