An 18-hectare reserve at Blackheath, the Blue Mountains' highest town at 1,065 meters, planted with rhododendrons and azaleas among native eucalypt bushland. The shrubs flower in spring, but the gardens carry brilliant autumn color through April as the surrounding bushland cools toward winter.
